Caroline can help you explore the impact of both personal and generational
experiences on current day well-being. Caroline helps people navigate trauma, anxiety, eating disorders, family of origin wounds, addicted family systems dynamics and athletes adjusting to life transitions, drawing from her own experience as a former collegiate field hockey player).

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Environment and Sustainability with a Minor in Psychology from Sewanee: The University of the South, where her research focused on the intersection of the food system, mental health, and systemic injustice.

In a world that often feels overwhelming, where safe spaces to process, explore, and simply be are scarce, Caroline is committed to creating a therapeutic environment where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered.

Outside of the therapy room, you can find Caroline out in nature playing with her pittie, Birdie, hanging with friends, listening to music, or enjoying a long meal with good company.
